D & B Orchids Online Order Form

To order Orchids from D & B Orchids, please print out an order form from the link below, complete it and send a check or money order payable to D & B Orchids to the address on the order form. If you live in Texas, you will need to add sales tax to your order. The calculator will help you with making sure you have the correct amount on your check or money order. Texas sales tax is 8.25% or (.0835) if you use the calculator provided. Please multiply your total order by (.0825). For example if your order is $135.00 you would need to pay $11.14 in sales tax. 135.00 x .0825 = 11.1375
